Whole 30: Prep Day

Not So Crunchy Mom Whole 30 Prep Day Prep Day was Sunday…and I have to admit it took a little longer than I thought it would!  I started with making home made mayo to make a few sauces.  The mayo turned out awesome:)  It doesn’t taste like normal mayo because there is no sugar…but it is growing on me.  We cut up a bunch of fruit and veggies…grilled some chicken…browned some ground turkey and cooked a frittata for breakfast!  I also re-organized the fridge and pantry…meaning cleaned out a bunch of junk and made it more organized.  It was a lot of work…but, so worth it to be successful for the week!
