Not So Crunchy Mom - Whole 30

So you are thinking about taking on the Whole 30?  Or you are interested in learning more about it?  Well, a good friend of mine introduced me to it a few years ago when I began wanting to make major health changes.  I felt like I had heard all the things…no fat, low fat, high fat, no carbs, low carbs…basically it all made my head spin.  I wanted to re-train my body and learn how we were suppose to eat.  Whole 30 sounded pretty intimidating when I started looking into it, but my hubby and I finally decided to do it for 1 whole month…no cheats, no weighing…following all the rules.  And we did it!  You can see both of our results in the posts below.
